This house boat may be familiar to some of you. Why's that you might ask?
Featured in the Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan classic Sleepless in Seattle, this alluring 2,075-square-foot, four bedroom home on Lake Union has a 360 degree wrap-around deck with awesome views of both out onto the lake and into the city.
Reletively modernized now, this houseboat rocks shining marble tops, but still manages to pay homage to the 90's with it's furniture and paintings.
There are other house boats on Lake Union, but with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this houseboat is by far the largest on the lake!
This house boat has been a major tourist attraction through the years even though technically the houseboat was only used for the outside shots, anything filmed inside the house was actually filmed on a set. The crew did leave a little souvenier after filming though with this bench looking out at the sea.
The house boat pulled a lot of attention when it got put on the market in 2008, and in 2014 it was sold for over $2,000,000!
